Service Description
We assess the condition of your horse's hooves before and after trimming based on the photos you upload and provide you with detailed, practical recommendations. Important: If you're new to our service, we'd like to get to know you and your horse first. Please book a hoof consultation before requesting hoof trimming instructions. Here's how it works: Booking an appointment: Book a Thursday for your hoof trimming consultation. The exact time isn't important to you – the appointment is only for our internal team scheduling. You don't need to be online on that day. Uploading hoof photos: Upload the hoof photos to our system by Wednesday evening at the latest. For a thorough assessment, we need photos of at least one hoof from at least four angles: from the side (lateral view), from below (sole view), from the side at an angle, and a view of the heel lifted. Analysis & Trimming: We'll finalize the markings on Thursday, so you can start trimming the hooves on Friday. Post-processing: After editing, upload the new images by Monday evening. We will review them on Tuesday and give you brief feedback. Please note: This service is conducted entirely offline – there will be no Zoom meeting. Cancellation Policy
Course Booking Guidelines: TACTIntensive These guidelines govern the terms and conditions for booking and participating in the 12-week "TACTIntensive" program (hereinafter referred to as "Course") offered by TACTGefühl. 1. Booking and Contract Conclusion Registration for the course takes place via the official TACTGefühl website. A binding contract between the participant and TACTGefühl is concluded upon completion of the booking process and full payment of the course fee. Places are limited to a maximum of 8 participants per course and are allocated in the order of receipt of payment. 2. Payment Terms The course fee is due in full at the time of booking. Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. Payment in installments is only possible after individual agreement and written confirmation from TACTGefühl. 3. Cancellation and Refund • Cancellation by the Participant: Cancellation of participation must be submitted in writing via email to TACTGefühl by [date/timeframe to be inserted]. For cancellations made up to 14 days before the course begins, a processing fee of 10% of the course fee will be retained. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, no refund of the course fee is possible. However, a substitute participant may be named. • Cancellation by the organizer: Should the course be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of the instructor, insufficient number of participants), participants will be informed immediately. In this case, the course fee already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded. 4. Scope of Services The course fee includes: • 12-week support with 8 live Zoom calls (approx. 120 minutes). • Access to accompanying learning materials such as video tutorials, checklists, and analysis tools. • Exchange within a closed small group of a maximum of 8 participants. Tools necessary for hoof care are not included. 5. Participation Requirements • Participants must own one or more horses and be responsible for their own hoof care. • This course is for horse owners who wish to trim their horse's hooves themselves using the TACT method. • This course does not replace veterinary treatment or consultation with a veterinarian.
